About our repair services
Do you service commercial or restaurant equipment?
No. We focus exclusively on residential appliances, which is how we keep response times fast and repairs guaranteed. Commercial kitchen equipment runs different duty cycles and parts channels — doing it properly would mean doing residential work worse.
Which appliance types do you repair?
Refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers and ice makers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges, cooktops, built-in microwaves and range hoods. Countertop appliances are the one thing we turn down, because a replacement usually costs less than the visit.
How do I know which service page I need?
Pick the appliance, then the symptom — each page is organised by what is actually happening, from "not cooling" to "will not drain". If none of them match, call 416 885-0963 and describe the noise or the fault code; that is usually enough for us to know what to bring.
Do you install appliances as well as repair them?
Yes — any residential appliance for a flat 250 plus HST, including levelling, hookup and a test run. That is one rate regardless of the appliance.
