Wolf repair questions

My Wolf range keeps clicking after the burner has lit. Why?

The spark module is not receiving confirmation that the burner lit, so it keeps trying. On these ranges the usual culprits are a dirty or cracked igniter, moisture in the burner cap, or a failing module. It is an electrical fault rather than a gas one, which is squarely our side of the line.

Do you work on the gas side of Wolf ranges?

No. We handle igniters, spark modules, control boards, sensors, convection fans and calibration. Gas line and burner work belongs to a separate licensed trade, and we say so rather than taking on work we should not.

My Wolf oven door is sagging. Is that fixable?

Yes, and it is worth doing promptly. Range doors on these units are heavy, and once the hinges wear the door stops sealing — which costs you heat, even baking, and eventually a hot outer panel. We replace hinges as a pair so the door sits square again.

Is Wolf convection worth calibrating?

If your baking has drifted uneven, yes. These ovens hold temperature very precisely when set up correctly, so a noticeable drift usually means the sensor or the calibration has moved rather than that the oven is simply like that. We log a full cycle with an independent probe to prove it either way.
