Can you give me a specific arrival time?
Yes. We book a two-hour window rather than a vague "sometime today", and the technician calls before leaving for your address. Most jobs across Toronto and the GTA start within an hour of the request during business hours. If we are running behind, you hear it from us first — not after waiting on an empty afternoon.
What happens if the same fault comes back?
You call us and we return at no charge. Our 60-day parts & labour warranty covers the same fault and the same part for 60 days — parts and labour both. Quote the job number from your invoice and we book the return visit as a priority. No second diagnostic fee, no argument about whose fault it was.
Do you only repair large appliances?
We repair full-size residential appliances: refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, range hoods, built-in microwaves, wine coolers and ice makers. We do not service countertop microwaves or small kitchen gadgets — on those, a replacement usually costs less than the visit, and we would rather tell you that on the phone.
Do you use original parts?
We fit OEM parts as the default, and on luxury and built-in appliances we fit nothing else — third-party components on a Miele or Sub-Zero routinely trigger a new fault within months. Where an equivalent aftermarket part is genuinely reliable and saves you money, we say so and let you choose before ordering anything.
What warranty do you offer?
60-Day Parts & Labour Warranty: 60 days on the labour and 60 days on the parts we install. If the same fault or the same part fails inside that window, the return visit is free. The warranty does not cover misuse, work done by another technician afterwards, or a new unrelated breakdown — we spell that out in writing on the invoice.
How much is the service call?
The service call and diagnostic is $120 plus HST. That covers the visit and a full diagnosis. Before any repair starts you get a written quote on the spot, and nothing proceeds until you approve it. We do not publish repair price ranges, because the same symptom on two machines can differ by hundreds of dollars — you get a real number, not a guess.
Do you offer a senior discount?
Yes — $50 off for seniors. Mention it when you book so the technician has it on the work order before the quote is written. There are no hidden fees on top: the quote you approve is the amount you pay, and appliance installation stays a flat $250 plus HST regardless of the appliance.
