A warranty on the work itself
60-Day Parts & Labour Warranty applies to installation too. If something we connected fails within that window, we come back and fix it at no charge.
We know what voids your appliance warranty
Manufacturers are specific about hoses, clearances and connections. An install done wrong can void the coverage on a brand-new appliance — which nobody discovers until they need it.

Installation questions
Is the $250 rate really flat?
Yes, plus HST. One rate for any residential appliance installation — refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, cooktop or hood. No per-appliance pricing, no charge for removing a fridge door to clear a narrow hallway, no weekend premium.
Do you take the old appliance away?
Ask when you book. Haul-away depends on the unit and on your building’s rules, and we would rather tell you plainly what is possible at your address than promise it and improvise on the day.
What if my space is not ready?
We tell you before the visit rather than after. Each installation page lists what the spot needs — power, water, drain, clearance — and five minutes of checking now saves a rescheduled appointment and a kitchen out of action.
Do you install appliances bought anywhere?
Yes. It makes no difference to us whether the appliance came from a big-box retailer, a specialist dealer or a marketplace listing — the rate and the work are the same.
