Licensed, Insured & Guaranteed
The coverage, the warranty terms and how to claim — all in plain language.
Fast Appliance Repair Pro carries commercial general liability insurance through Wawanesa— $2 million per occurrence and $5 million general aggregate — and backs every repair with a 60-day parts & labour warranty. If the same fault or the same part fails within 60 days, we return at no charge.
What we carry, and why it matters to you
Appliance work means water lines, 240V connections and heavy units moved through finished rooms. Insurance is what separates an accident from a problem you inherit.

60-Day Parts & Labour Warranty
Sixty days on the labour and sixty days on the parts we install. Here is exactly where that begins and ends.
What it covers
- The same fault returning on the appliance we repaired
- The same part we installed failing within the window
- A return visit with no second service call and no diagnostic fee
- Labour as well as parts — both are covered for the full 60 days
What it does not cover
- Misuse, overloading, or damage after our visit
- Work carried out on the appliance by another technician afterwards
- A new, unrelated breakdown — a different part failing is a different job
- Pre-existing damage we identified and documented but were not asked to repair
Three steps, no paperwork

Insurance and warranty questions
Are you insured, and for how much?
Yes — commercial general liability through Wawanesa: $2 million per occurrence and $5 million general aggregate, with $2 million products and completed operations coverage. That last one matters more than people realise: it covers the work after we have left.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my condo board?
Yes. Most downtown property managers ask for one before booking a service elevator, and we supply it directly to the building. Tell us the building when you book so it is on file before the visit rather than on the day.
What exactly does the 60-day warranty cover?
Sixty days on our labour and sixty days on the parts we install. If the same fault returns or the same part fails inside that window, the return visit is free — no second diagnostic, no argument. It does not cover misuse, another technician’s work, or a new unrelated breakdown.
Why 60 days and not a year?
Because it is the term we can honour without conditions. A longer number with a page of exclusions attached is worth less than a short one we simply keep. If the same fault comes back inside 60 days, we return at no charge.
