Appliance Repair Experts Serving Toronto Since 2013

Big or small, we do it all — the slogan is old, the approach behind it is older.

Fast Appliance Repair Pro has been repairing and installing residential appliances across Toronto and the GTA since 2013 — more than 4,530 completed jobs. We are a service-area business operating out of Toronto, ON, working in homes rather than from a showroom, with a 60-day parts & labour warranty on every repair.

How we work

We started in 2013 doing what we still do: fixing home appliances for people in Toronto who need them working again today. No showroom, no call centre — the technician who diagnoses your machine is the one who repairs it.

Over thirteen years the kitchens have changed more than the work has. Panel-ready built-ins replaced free-standing units in the condo towers, induction replaced radiant, and appliances started reporting their own fault codes. What has not changed is the part that matters: you get a diagnosis, a written number, and a decision that stays yours.

We work on residential appliances only. That is a deliberate limit — it keeps our parts inventory focused, our arrival times short, and our warranty something we can actually honour.

Who turns up at your door

Our technicians work on the same brands week in and week out, which is a different kind of knowledge from a certificate on a wall: knowing that a Samsung French-door ice maker freezes because of a seal rather than a module, or that an LG LE code is usually a rotor sensor and not a motor, is what turns a two-visit job into a one-visit job.

Everything published on this site — the guides, the case studies, the error-code tables — comes from those work orders. It is written and reviewed by the people doing the repairs, which is the only reason any of it is worth reading.

  • The technician who diagnoses your appliance is the one who repairs it
  • OEM parts by default, factory-spec exclusively on built-ins
  • Every job logged with a number that activates your warranty
— What we stand on

Three things we do not bend on

  • We tell you when not to repair

A $700 repair on a fourteen-year-old washer is not a favour to anyone. When replacement is the better spend, we say so — even though it means we do not get the job.

  • We give real arrival windows

A two-hour window and a call before we leave, rather than "sometime today". If we are running late, you hear it from us first.

  • Residential only, on purpose

Commercial kitchens run different duty cycles and parts channels. Staying out of that work is how we keep response times short and repairs guaranteed.

How a visit actually looks

Same focus as day one: residential appliances, honest quotes, work backed in writing.

Parts for the most common failures ride in the van — that is why most jobs finish on the first visit.
Shelves of appliance spares in the workshop stockroom — pumps, elements, seals, boards and valves in labelled bins
Pumps, elements, seals and boards for the brands we see every week, kept on the shelf rather than ordered in.

Thirteen years of appliances. Yours is next.
